Can I Return my order? How do I request a Refund?

In order to process a return or refund for your order you must contact us. We will review your request, and if approved, refund will be issued using original method of payment.  If you are returning an order we will notify you with instructions on how to return your order and steps to take.  Be sure to read our return policy agreement before submitting request, to review return or refund eligibility. How long do I have to return my order? 

14 Days. You have 14 days from the day the tracking of your package shows delivered. 

How do I let you know about my return?

All return and refund requests must be submitted by email to support@kollectkorner.com. Once we have received your email we will notify within 3 business days with the status of your request. 

What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped , you will be notified with tracking details connected to your purchase. If your package has not arrived  within 7 business days and your tracking has not been updated please let us know. Please be aware: Kollect Korner is not responsible for lost or stolen orders purchased from this website and tracking shows delivered to the address you provided for shipping.

How is my order being shipped?

All orders purchase from Kollect Korner will be shipped and tracked using United States Postal Service (USPS)  or United Parcel Service (UPS) . Tracking details will be provided upon shipment. Please Note: We take all precautions before shipment to be sure your order is packaged securely.  Minor scratches, dents, or exterior cosmetic flaws on item packaging can happen during the manufacturing and shipping process.  Kollect Korner is not responsible for any damages that occur after item has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier.  

When will my item be shipped?

Once your order and payment has been processed at check out, we will ship your package within 3 business days.  Please be aware process may be delayed if order is placed on a holiday.  Note: Business days are Monday-Friday.  Holiday’s and weekend’s may also effect delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking for details. 

Can I Cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order your may do so however,  you must cancel before your order has been shipped.  If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to support@kolleckorner.com 

Where is Kollect Korner located?

Kollect Korner does not have a physical brick and mortar location at this time. We operate as an online only business to ensure we are providing our full attention to the online community, and to offer the best experience for our customers.

What can I expect from these Custom Mystery Packs? 

Each one of our Custom Mystery Packs are hand selected with ultimate care. The cards you will receive in the packs are previously used cards in near mint to lightly played condition. In our shop page you can select a variety of different options for purchase and you will receive exactly as described in the product details. Note: Our Custom Mystery Packs are considered used product. This means that these packs are bought “as is” and are not eligible to be refunded
